Washington Post has a nice “local” site

Washington post developed a pretty nice web site for Loudoun County. Take a look, covers quite a lot of community activities, social matters, news, and lot more stuff. This is developed over six months, with active support from journalists. It includes traffic info (cool cameras on Route 28, etc). Look at additional blog sites mentioned on their site here.
