Like all major projects, this school delivery is delayed too. I am sure weather played no role in its delay (rain is not a contributing factor for sure). I think, Ashburn (and surrounding areas) now has one of the major data centers in the united states. Equinix and Digital Realty Trust (previously known as Loudoun Exchange) are major players. Washington post developed a pretty nice web site for Loudoun County. Take a look, covers quite a lot of community activities, social matters, news, and lot more stuff.
